Get ready to meet Wool, Asher, and Zeko.

Carotene is now open to anyone who wants to create a character! He or she will be added into the story. I already invited *francoslavic-banter, who says she's up for it

The premise:

There is a website, very similar to DeviantArt and Gaia online, called ElectroSpectrum online, where artists and authors go to post work, comment, and play games in the virtual ElectroSpectrum world. This "world" is divided into six "sectors" Omega, Indigo, Chlorophyll, Iodine, Alpha, and Gamma. Users use their avatars to explore the territory and meet other users.
One of these users (the main character of the story, ~Yeabtheny's) goes by the username =Asher, user number 501. One day in his mailbox, he discovers a mysterious message beckoning, "Join the ELECTROSPECTRUM online OC warrior challenge!"
Naturally, he clicks yes, and suddenly finds he's been warped into the computer, put in the uniform he gave his avatar, and trapped inside the site's virtual world. Scared, he wanders out of the Iodine sector to find that the virtual world is very real now, and he must try to find a way out, battling Computer-Players on the way.
The catch to his fighting skills is that he can only use attacks he had designed for his OCs. He starts out with a single arm of impenetrable armor.

(On the way he meets my character, Static_Wool #477, who at first tries to fight him because she thinks he's a Com, blah blah blah...)

The two soon hear a rumor of a hidden seventh "sector" said to be called Carotene-- containing cheats and secrets which may help the players get out. And so Asher and Wool begin their search for carotene.

TIME TO KICK SOME COMPUTER-PLAYER ASS!
